If you currently own or manage a Rental Development that includes rental units that need to be rented to households at an affordable rate according to the agreement you signed with the City of Beverly Hills, and need to report a vacancy or new construction units that need to be filled, please fill out this form:

If you currently are an Owner, Developer (or legally represent an Owner), City, Agency or Housing Provider of a unit(s) that is/are part of the Rental Program that is overseen by HouseKeys, please fill out this form to submit your question/request.  The response time will vary depending on the number of request received before yours and the time it  takes to review/investigate the program details and agreements between the City or Agency and the Owner of the unit.
